Recent Baymont Biltmore Estate Review: "My travel plans changed by 2 days so I had to cancel my reservation at the other hotel. Baymont was one of the only hotels in the area that had availability for Saturday night of Easter weekend. I kind of thought that was a bad sign. Turns out this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. We arrived two hours prior to check-in. The host behind the  desk was so helpful in getting us into a clean room as soon as possible. When we arrived in the room we were more than pleased with the decor, layout and cleanliness. There were pleny of drawers for all four of us and a decent closet. There was a mid-size refrigerator, which was so helpful for keeping our drinks nice and cold. The only thing I'd suggest is a microwave for the room. In the lobby you can help yourself to complimentary computer use and printing, which was a nice perk compared to the per minute fees most business centers charge. The breakfast was better than I expected. They had make-your-own-waffles, which is pretty common in many hotels, but Baymont went a step further with hot eggs, sausages and biscuits. The fresh bananas and apples were also a sweet treat. The indoor pool was great for the kids, and the hot tub hit the spot after walking and hiking for hours all day. My only suggestion to Management would be to supply more seating around the pool. If you plan to walk back to your room in a towel, I suggest you take one from the room as the towels that are supplied in the pool area are quite small. They do the job for drying off, but you can't wrap it around yourself. This hotel is very clean, as per their Grade A displayed on the wall. Everyday I saw a man cleaning the windows, and there was always an attendent close by refilling food in the breakfast area. The work-out room is small and does not offer free weights, but there is a large all-in-one machine that will suffice. The treadmill was't working properly so that was a disappointment, but there's a sprint stepper that can substitute for your run."
