| This hotel has been remodeled and feels more luxurious than the chain name would suggest once you get in the rooms. It's conveniently located and a quick 2-3 minute trip to downtown. |

| I was surprised to park in front of hotel room. Reception is far from some rooms and lady was not very welcoming. Room was clean but when it rains and you have nowhere to wipe your feet it becomes messy quickly as there is no corridor before opening room. Tunnel road is a major road so some traffic noise. Breakfast was ok. I ould pay a little more next time for a real hotel as there are alot that are very conveniently located if you go to biltmore. |

| We reserved a room for two nights at this hotel. When we arrived we were delighted to find our room was large, nicely decorated and clean. The hotel is conveniently close to downtown. We were particularly happy with the location of our rooms as there was a green area just across the parking lot that served as an excellent place to walk our dog. The hotel even provided bags to clean up after the dogs. We were clearly in the pet section, which worked out well for us and Zoey as there were lots of new friends for her to meet! We were so happy with the hotel and the Asheville area that we extended our stay by an extra night. We'd definitely stay here again. |

| Excellent 2 night stay - we had a king room with jacuzzi. Good towels, very clean and modern bath, comfortable bed, excellent TV with good selection of HD channels. Staff let us check in early. Overall, strongly recommend this place if you're looking for a place convenient to Warren Wilson College, I-240, and downtown Asheville through Tunnel Road. |

| I have stayed twice at this hotel and have been pleased with the cleanliness and closeness to the downtown area. The rooms are roomy and they have updated tvs in the room which allows for connection of laptop or other devices to stream videos. |
