Recent Comfort Biltmore Mall Review: "The advantage of this hotel should be that it's right outside the Biltmore Square Mall. The problem is that the mall, although fairly new, nice and clean, is almost empty. Something like 80-90% of the stores are closed, which is depressing and inconvenient. The best nearby shopping choice is actually a K-Mart. If you want much better than that, you need to drive 20 minutes or so to the Asheville Mall. Normally, I don't care about shopping choices as relates to a hotel, but "Biltmore Mall" is in the name of this hotel. There are a couple of good casual restaurant choices within walking or short drive distance of the hotel. The hotel room was clean and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, although the breakfast room is kind of small, and was crowded on most mornings."
