| Very easy to find off I40. Quitet. Good restaurants close by, we ate at Fatz. Easy to get to Biltmore mansion and Navitat zip line. |

| Country Inn and Suites was easy to find. We entering the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the staff on duty. Check-in was quick and the hot coffee and chocolate chip cookies were appreciated.
We were in a large room with a king-sized bed that overlooked the mountainside. I liked the fact that the large flat-screen tv was atop the bureau that housed a refrigerator and a microwave (behind bureau doors) as well as storage drawers. There was also a desk and chair as well as a comfortable reading chair to relax in and hassock . The room temperature was comfortably controlled by a digital wall thermostat.
The granite bathroom countertop was spacious enough for two sinks but only consisted of one. The bathroom accommodations were adequate.
I am an early riser and enjoyed coffee in the breakfast area before anyone else arrived. Breakfast itself was excellent with pastries, sausage, eggs, bacon, waffles, hashbrowns, and french toast as well as the usual coffees, teas, hot chocolate, juices and cereals. There was a pot of hot oatmeal with various condiments.
I was told that the outdoor pool was heated, but when I stuck my hand in it, it only felt warm (the hot tub felt a little warmer.) It was quite windy when we were there, and there was a great deal of pollen in the air. Since the temperatures were in the 30's at night and only in the 50's during the day, we didn't actually try either. We hope to the next time we visit.
The hotel is less than a quarter of a mile from a Cracker Barrel. |

| We stayed in this location recently on a visit to Biltmore. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is relatively new and the hotel staff were very helpful with directions in the surrounding area. We did check in late at night (around 10pm) and there was only one clerk on duty and she seemed a bit swamped with the phones and checking in people. There is a very tasty free breakfast which makes the rate we got on this hotel a real bargain. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area. |

| Breakfast was good but it was crowded. A line for the Waffle maker seemed to be never ending but finally got to have one.
Fitness room was great and doesn't seem to be a high priority by many people staying here. I was the only one in there two days in a row and the second day I was in there for an hour and a half.
Nice hotel and good price. |

| Brand new and very well done. Very clean, quiet, reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent with hot choices. Would recommend and stay again. |

| This hotel was very good value for the money. I do not know how old it is, but it is in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. We usually stay in a different brand hotel but this place will make us always consider Country Inns and Suites. Unless you need high luxury this place may be for you. The only complaint is they ran out of cookies and breakfast service was slow. |

| We spent 3 nights the last week of March here and it had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was great, a different menu each morning with a very dedicated host to keep things fresh and stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It is easy access to downtown, even though the map from the front desk was a bit off scale. Overall, a great value. |
