Recent Days Biltmore East Review: "I always read reviews before booking anything and my biggest concern about this hotel was the location and the cleanliness. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to be able to spend more money on nice meals and days out than a luxurious hotel. However, I am a clean freak when we travel so I was elated to see that this hotel lived  up to the reviews. It was very clean and looked like it was well taken care of albiet somewhat old. The pool was also extremely clean and a great size for the price of our room. The hotel itself is right off the interstate and even though the area looks a little run down and out of the way, it was very quiet and only 5 minutes to the mall area and 10 minutes to downtown or the Biltmore village. I could not have been happier with our choice and I highly recommend it. The little interaction we had with the staff was fine- not over the top friendly but not rude either."
