| had a great time visiting with friends I had when I lived down here. was able to go see some beautiful areas since the rains didn't come until after we left. we got very lucky!!! |

| The Patel family are operating a very nice, clean and affordable hotel. It is an older (but well-maintained) property located in a convenient location near the Biltmore House and Blue Ridge Parkway. I will look forward to my future visits. |

| Too many feral cats, moldy bathroom with tiles falling off. The view on our patio would be better if they trimmed the bushes and put grass instead of weeds. Otherwise, it was very reasonably priced. |

| The hotel was OK but needed updating but was good for the $. Bathroom did smell like mold. Feral cats were interesting on the patio. |

| Nice staff, nice price, nice location....BUT it took us FOREVER to find our room. We finally found it after walking up & down stairs & touring many hallways. Nice place for the price though. |

| Sadly is was at night when we arrived, but the hotel was great and the neighborhood was as well. Lots of geat places to eat and lots to see. The town/city of Ashville is very beautiful, and I mentioned to my wife that it felt like the kind of town one would like to live in. |

| Nice room, clean. The people were very friendly. The first room we were given had a smell but they gladly gave us another which was very good. Breakfast was simple and good. Would definitely stay there again. |

| The hotel was adequate and the breakfast good. It is an older hotel in average condition. I did miss a refrigerator and a micro wave, and will probably not return because of the lack of these. |
