| We arrived ahead of schedule and the attendant was very helpful in getting us checked in early. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. What a great value! |

| The hotel wasnt located near much of anything. I should have paid an extra $7 to stay in Johnson City nearby. The town was extremely small it had all the usual fast food joints and we caught a movie at the local theater but that was about all we could do. The closest city was 35 minutes north. The hotel was okay for the price and was quite roomy. It was two stories with no elevator so we didnt bring in all our bags. The breakfast was awful they had stale cereal and vending machine honey buns and the milk and OJ were warm. We decided to grab breakfast at the Mcdonalds across the street. The bed was low to the floor and not the most comfortable. We were running late on checkout and housekeeping knocked as we were leaving about 20 minutes after but the hotel manager came and rudely insisted we leave as we were leaving. He would not stop saying we had to go even after I told him we were walking out the door. I figured this was because we were parked in the closest parking space to the door which his car occupied most of our stay. Will not be staying again. |

| When advertised that the property has in room coffee makers you kinda expect more than one cup, and the supplies to be replenished each day. Upon check in to our room after a long day we thought it would be nice to have a cup of coffee but alas there was only one drinking cup and coffee for making just one cup. These supplies were not replenished for the second night and the staff did not seem to care. |

| There is a great feature to staying at this hotel. Take a walk back under the interstate near the McDonalds - and there is a 3 mile trail that follows the river and includes many beautiful spots to view wildlife and scenery. It is a big plus for staying at this location. |

| The hotel was a good value and convenient - met our needs. It could use some updating as wallpaper was coming loose in places - some new paint would be helpful as well. |
